Looking to replace old light fixtures with flushmount lights, replace main floor bathroom fan with a new one and place that fan in the basement bathroom. As well as update some light switches with newer style. Home owner has the light switches, fixtures and fan. Should be approximately a day of work. Would prefer weekend work if possible.
