Project Description

1. Zone the furnace for the main floor on one zone and the basement on the second zone (Dampers, and Controls as required)
2. Add new ducting for basement zone
3. New Supply Hot Airs to ceiling in the basement (3x10)
4. New Cold air Returns down walls to the floor (as required and where applicable)
5. Vent two 4" bath fans, one in bathroom/ one in laundry room (Fans supplied by us, electrical by others and timer control for laundry fan by others)
6. Vent 4" dryer vent
7. City of Calgary HVAC Permit
8. Once renovation is complete we will return to install registers and grills (Both Plastic)
