Insurance & bonding
Pros are asked to carry general liability coverage, and to confirm workers’ compensation where their crew requires it.
Business identity
We confirm the business is real — legal name, contact details, service area, and the trades they actually perform.
Reviews from real homeowners
Only homeowners who used the platform can leave a review, so ratings reflect actual work rather than anonymous posts.
Ongoing standards
Credentials are re-checked over time. Pros who repeatedly draw complaints or let their licensing lapse can lose their listing.
