Composite deck stairs, skirt and privacy screen

looking for some to compete a 16 by 10 deck. The deck has been built need the stairs with four raisers on the 16' side, another side about 5 1/2 ' stairs the remain sides are all skirts with door for access a privacy screen on the one side 10' and 5' on the other side.

For this project I have the materials onsite need the labour to complete the project.
