Repair Roof Drip Edging

I would like a quote to repair drip edge improperly installed on our roof. This is causing water to drip from fascia's and not enter eaves as it should.

The roof is only 5 years old so if repair without damaging the new shingles is possible that would be the preferable option.

The dimensions of the house are about 100ft x 50 ft rectangle
