Tile Installation including removals

Looking for someone to remove my existing tile and install new. Dimensions can be found on the plans attached. For clarity I have highlighted the areas that are currently tiled with 12 x 12 tile which is required to be removed and re-tiled with new. The master closet on the second floor highlighted in blue is existing carpet that is to be removed and replaced with new tile.

Scope of work is to include all labour, tools, equipment and material required to complete the removal of existing tile and carpet and installation of new tile including all disposal costs.  The only material to be excluded in the quote is for the Tile, which will be supplied by the owner.
