Transfer of your personal information to third parties:

As further described under Section 6, we will not disclose your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes without your explicit consent. We do not tolerate abuse of our Website. You do not have permission to add other Project Express members to your mailing list (e-mail or postal) for commercial purposes, even if a member has responded to your posting to solicit your business or retain your services, unless the member has given his or her explicit consent.
